Hot Therapy
Microwave ; Place gel pad in cover and microwave for 15 seconds (700 Watts). You may add more time in 5 second incrementsas needed until desired temperature is reached. Put cover on before use.
Hot water; Without cover, place the gel pad pad in a bowl of hot water for 3-5 minutes until desired temperature is reached. Put the cover on before use.
Cold Therapy
Without cover, place the gel pads in the freezer for a minimum of two hours. Put the cover on before use. For a more subtle cool, place in the fridge for at least 1 hour before use.

Gel Pads can be wiped clean but not washed. Cotton covers can be washed in a cold wash cycle cycle.
Always make sure to test the temperature before application.
Keep the gel pads in a plastic bag when in the freezer to avoid contact with food.
If the product shows any damage /leaking discontinue use.
The cover will help prevent heat/ice burn on skin
Do not squeeze forcefully or puncture the gel pads.
If accidentally punctured or opened and beads come into contact with skin, wash immediately with water. If beads come into contact with eyes, wash thoroughly with water and seek medical advice.
